Role Description
The marine electrician will be working on every aspect of the ship's electricity, from maintenance and repair to installation. Maintaining the lighting, heating, power systems, control panels, generators and propulsions systems. There will be a variety of electrical systems to be serviced onboard the ship. This is a land-based position and is field based in an around Southampton.
Required Experience
The electrical maintenance technician will have a background in marine ship repair. Either gained in the navy or merchant shipping industry, the engineer will be experiened in a wide variety of sea-going vessels.
